SOME OF THE ANSWER to WHO THE F*CK IS DARCY
Darcy is a professional actor. He's been a dramatic singer since a young age, having sung in choirs and school musicals. He's appeared in dozens of plays and films, and is presently based in Toronto where he studies improvisation at the Second City Training Centre. Darcy watched the band develop, and when he was in town he would be in the jam room playing along.
After a few jam sessions Derek thought to put a microphone in Darcy's hand.
The result was DT & The Wizzards with an extra D...
...or DDT & The Wizzards.
However, Darcy, the singer, is an illusion.
The Wizzards are the catalyst for the lyrics. Darcy conjures up characters to sing, talk and rap with the music.
With the addition of Darcy, The Wizzards began to solidify their style which might be described something like: Jazz-Funk-Gothic-Rock. Darcy focused on the Gothic sound with a narrative approach and a celebration of the macabre.
It became clear to Darcy that the band should not change its name to DDT & the Wizzards.
What Darcy does, with each song, is create a new Wizzard.
The Wizzards, with Darcy, is an event that may bring Warlocks, Deamons, Conjurors, Ghosts and more...

Tim has extensive musical interests & background, and has played with, The Unknown, Orphan & O.P.M. Tim has been the T of DT & The Wizzards from the beginning.
Max Wood: Piano & Keys
Max is a student at Acadia University studying Music Therapy. He has been studying piano from a very young age.
Lauchlan Macintyre: Synth & Keys
Lauchlan is a self taught keyboard Wizzard & a mad synth scientist, he was found on the mountain somewhere.
I don't know about you, but I'm interested to hear some of Tim's "odd comments".
